About Us

The Yau Tsim Mong District Health Centre officially commenced service on October 27, 2025. The centre is anchored by its core facility at 1047 Canton Road, Mong Kok, and has established three satellite centres in Prince Edward, Yau Ma Tei, and Jordan to improve accessibility for citizens. The centre is equipped with rehabilitation facilities and an audiovisual assessment room, while also featuring optimized health education facilities. Furthermore, it serves as a community health resource hub, connecting various public and private medical and community service organizations to coordinate primary healthcare services and provide residents with comprehensive, continuous health support.
