About Us

The Yau Tsim Mong District Health Centre will officially commence service on October 27, 2025. The centre will be anchored by the core centre located at 1047 Canton Road, Mong Kok and will establish three satellite centres in Prince Edward, Yau Ma Tei, and Jordan to improve service accessibility for citizens. The centre will be equipped with rehabilitation facilities and an audiovisual assessment room, and will also optimize health education facilities. Furthermore, it will serve as a community health resource hub, connecting various public and private medical and community service organizations, coordinating primary healthcare services, and providing residents with more comprehensive and continuous health support.
