The Yau Tsim Mong District Health Centre officially commenced operations on October 27, 2025. To enhance service accessibility for the public, the Centre comprises a core centre located at 1047 Canton Road, Mong Kok, alongside auxiliary centres in Prince Edward, Yau Ma Tei, and Jordan. The core centre is equipped with rehabilitation facilities, an audiovisual assessment room, and upgraded health education facilities. Furthermore, acting as a regional healthcare resource hub, the Centre connects public and private healthcare as well as community service institutions across various sectors to coordinate primary healthcare services, providing citizens with comprehensive and continuous health support.

Service Philosophy


Yau Tsim Mong District Health Centre upholds the principle of “District-Based, Public-Private Partnership, and Medical-Social Collaboration,” and is committed to providing comprehensive, personalized primary healthcare services to the community. As a health resource hub in the district, the Centre integrates medical, social welfare, and community resources, coordinating various service organizations through interprofessional and community collaboration to deliver convenient, continuous, and seamless health support to residents.

The Centre also strives to promote healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and chronic disease management, thereby raising the overall health level of the community and enhancing citizens’ awareness and ability to manage their own health.
