Nurse Clinic

Nurse Clinic The nurse clinic provides initial assessment of pain-related issues for members in need, basic self-management advice and counseling, and arranges for members to participate in relevant pain management patient empowerment programs. $80

Allied Health Service

Service Service details Co-payment per session*
Occupational Therapy Occupational therapists provide consultations based on patient needs, such as assessment of daily living abilities or personalized functional therapy activities, advice on assistive devices and home environment improvements to reduce fall risks and enhance self-management and daily living capabilities. $150
Chinese Medicine Chinese medicine practitioners provide treatments according to patient needs, such as acupuncture or acupressure therapy.
Physiotherapy Physiotherapists provide clinical consultations and appropriate interventions based on patient needs, such as pain relief, electrotherapy, manual therapy, etc. $380
Dietetic Service Dietitians provide nutritional advice based on patient needs, including personalized meal plans or targeted dietary guidance.

This plan is applicable for the Elderly Health Care Voucher (including rewards from the Reward Pilot Scheme).

*Medical fee subsidies are not applicable to this plan.

*Professional medical services require referral from a family doctor.

*Service users can receive individual professional medical services on a co-payment basis. Eligible persons can receive partial government subsidies and pay a specified co-payment amount for the services.

*Service users are entitled to a maximum of 8 sessions of professional medical services (including occupational therapy, Chinese medicine, physiotherapy, or dietetic service), which must be completed within 10 weeks from the date of service registration.
