    If cancelled before 8:00 a.m.: the centres operate as usual.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n

    If cancelled 3 hours or more before the normal closing time: the centre will resume service within 2 hours after the warning is lifted. Activity\/service arrangements may be adjusted according to actual conditions.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    If remain in force within 3 hours before the normal closing time: the centres will remain suspended for that day.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Rainstorm Warning Signals, Typhoon Signals and \u201cExtreme Conditions\u201d \u2013 Service Arrangements<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    1.When the Black Rainstorm Signal is in force<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • If the warning is issued during centre opening hours, service users should stay at the centre or other safe place to take shelter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2. Arrangements after the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal 8 or above, the announcement of \u201cExtreme Conditions\u201d, or the Black Rainstorm Signal is cancelled<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • If cancelled before 8:00 a.m.: the centre operates as usual for the day.<\/li>\n
      • If cancelled 3 hours or more before the normal closing time: the centre will resume services within 2 hours after the warning is cancelled. Activity\/ service arrangements may be adjusted according to actual conditions.<\/li>\n

        3. When the Strong Wing Signal No. 3 or the Red Rainstorm Signal is in effect<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • The services will be provided as usual.<\/li>\n
        • If specific activities or services need to be suspended or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, centre staff will issue official announcements and notify participants of the related arrangements separately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          4.Follow-up if an activity\/service is cancelled<\/strong><\/h3>\n
            \n
          • If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or Extreme Conditions is in force within two hours before the start of an activity, the activity will be cancelled and no make-up classes will be provided.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • If a booked personalized service is cancelled due to weather conditions, center staff will proactively contact the service user at a later time to rearrange the service.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
